Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Payment Policy:

Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Payment may be made by Check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express with the submission of a completed registration form. A processing fee of $25 will be charged for returned checks.

Refund Policy (for Goods)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Used products cannot be returned and refunded. Items eligible for a refund will be issued to the method of original payment.

Note: Ameri CPR Center recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Ameri CPR Center and declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Refund Policy (for Services)

There is no refund for the services provided, however your service date can be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the scheduled date..

Out of Stock Policy

  • The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
  • Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.

Order Processing Policy:

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and office processing time and does not include transit time. Ameri CPR Center does not begin payment processing until Ameri CPR Center receives all of the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization in the case of credit card orders. Ameri CPR Center will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday,excluding federal holidays.
